Smoothies are one of the quickest and easiest ways to add CBD to your diet. Be sure to blend the CBD oil in thoroughly before and while you are consuming your smoothie. CBD oils or tinctures are mainly oil-based, and in water-based smoothies the oil will separate from the water.
This recipe is based on CBD oil with 1000 mg concentration of CBD and an average weight of 150 to 240 pounds. Please adjust accordingly.
7 ounces frozen blueberries
½ cup almond yogurt & ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon almond butter
22 mg CBD oil (1 dropperful)
Toppings of your choice, such as fresh berries, toasted almonds, banana
1. Combine all the ingredients, except for the toppings, in a blender and blend until thick but smooth.
